**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install fiber optic lines from utility poles to residential and commercial properties.
- Perform fiber splicing tasks following installation.
- Bury drop lines using a vibratory plow.
- Operate and maintain bucket trucks and other related equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while working in various outdoor conditions.
-Communicate well with customers and other team members.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass drug testing and background checks.
- Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and work extensively in outdoor environments.
- Experience in climbing/gaffing poles and operating bucket trucks is preferred
.- A minimum of 2 years of related experience in the telecommunications or fiber industry is preferred
