Daily expectations of a Customer Service Relations Associate:
- Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Support with product inquiries, orders, service scheduling, and warranty info
- Monitor customer portals and track service/delivery updates
- Process payments, order updates, and shipping documents accurately
- Collaborate closely with service, sales, and delivery teams
- Resolve escalated customer concerns with care and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and internal procedures

What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of customer service experience in a high-volume setting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EPass experience a plus
- Quick, accurate data entry and 10-key skills

Schedule: Weekdays & some weekends required
2 Needed: Position 1 Mon-Wed 11a-7p, Fri 11a-7p, and Sat 830-430
Position 2 Mon-Fri 8:30- 4:30, possible weekend if needed to assist with call outs or vacations coverage
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Salary : $19 - $22
