Pikeview Manor Apartments is seeking a motivated, reliable, and career-driven full-time maintenance technician to join our award-winning team in Beckley, WV. 192-unit upscale garden apartment complex was recently ranked within the top 1% of apartment communities nationwide based on resident satisfaction. The right candidate should possess skills and experience in carpentry, plumbing, painting, appliance repair, electrical work, general maintenance, and customer service.

Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to take on-call emergency calls on a rotating basis for weekends and evenings.
- Must be willing to assist with snow removal.
- Must demonstrate the ability to frequently lift, carry and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance and be able to withstand prolonged standing and repetitive activities, to include but not limited to walking, climbing, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, and kneeling. Regularly uses hands to manipulate tools, machinery, equipment, and supplies.
- Must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance coverage. (You are required to use your own vehicle and will be compensated for doing so.)
