Our client in Waterville is hiring a Client Intake Representative for a temp-to-hire position with a set M-F 7:30a – 4:30p schedule. Typical daily duties:
- Assisting clients via the phone and in-person to schedule transportation
- Confirming drop-off and pick-up times
- Maintaining client records and communication
- Coordinating driver route with dispatchers
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous computer experience preferred
