Sr. Marketing Recruiter – Contract | Redmond, WA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months | Schedule: Onsite 1–2x/week | Employment Type: W2
We’re seeking a Sr. Marketing Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for high-demand marketing roles. You’ll partner with top-tier clients, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and help connect talent to impactful opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for marketing and technical roles
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Consult with hiring teams to meet evolving talent needs
- Hit performance goals in a fast-paced, agile environment
What You Bring:
- 10 years of recruiting experience
- Proven success in marketing/technical recruiting
- Familiarity with technologies like AI, IoT, UI/UX, and full-stack development
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
