Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Mansions Director of Residences at our prestigious estate. The Director of Residences will be responsible for overseeing the operation and management of the residences within the mansions, ensuring an exceptional living experience for our discerning residents. This role requires a strong customer service focus, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:
1. Residence Management: Oversee all aspects of managing the luxurious residences within the mansions, including but not limited to property inspections, maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
3. Resident Relations: Foster positive and long-lasting relationships with residents, ensuring their satisfaction and creating a welcoming and inclusive community atmosphere.
4. Staff Management: Supervise the residence staff, including housekeepers, maintenance personnel, and security personnel, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service.
5. Budgeting and Finance: Collaborate with the property management team to develop annual budgets and effectively manage all expenses related to residences, ensuring financial objectives are met.
6. Resident Events and Amenities: Organize and coordinate various resident events, ensuring a vibrant and engaging social calendar. Oversee the provision of high-end amenities and services, enhancing the residents' overall experience.
7. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the residences. Regularly assess and mitigate risks and maintain emergency response procedures.
8. Property Marketing and Leasing: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and market available residences, assisting with the leasing process as needed.
9. Vendor and Contractor Management: Oversee relationships with vendors and contractors, supervising their work while ensuring alignment with budgetary and quality standards.
10. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in residence management, services, and procedures, and implement necessary enhancements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in residential property management, luxury hotel management, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local legislation and regulations pertaining to property management.
- Understanding of interior design, housing maintenance, and high-end customer service.
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion at all times.
