At ManTech International Corporation, you’ll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our team in the Crane, Indiana area.Basic Qualifications:Responsibilities:• Provide engineering and program support on planning, logistics, design, test, evaluation, and systems engineering of research, development, test, and evaluation projects• Perform design analyses and calculations for electrical projects and be responsible for the preparation of final detailed working drawings.• Perform review and quality checks on projects prepared by in-house engineers and architects.• Conduct various studies, monitors project progress and prepares programmatic reports• Develop working knowledge of all technical requirements of the projects.• Communicates with engineering professionals, solution users, and management throughout the solution development cycle.• Publishes and presents technical papers and abstracts to participate in internal and external technical program reviews. Education: Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline - Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Math, or other related technical curriculum Security Clearance Requirements:• 5 years' experience of systems development lifecycle, electrical engineering principles; DoD 5000, CMMI, ISO 9000, rapid prototyping, and Agile development.Clearance:This position will require an active DoD Secret clearance.Physical Requirements:Operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
