MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join our team in Washington, D.C. This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
This position supports a wide range of defense-related initiatives. It plays a critical role in delivering expertise across cybersecurity, business systems analysis, project management, and Navy and DoD programs.

This position supports a wide range of defense-related initiatives. It plays a critical role in delivering expertise across cybersecurity, business systems analysis, project management, and Navy and DoD programs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing and coordinating project schedules, budgets, and various tasks for the NAVSEA Cybersecurity Engineering Division, tracking progress and ensuring alignment with project requirements
- Assisting in managing and reporting program requirements, status, budgets, and schedules, ensuring senior leadership is informed with daily updates on ongoing and pending tasks and activities
- Leading data calls, data gathering, and developing briefings for senior leadership on project progress, risks, and recommended actions
- Coordinating the development of program plans across departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, and other administrative documents
- Overseeing onboarding and off-boarding process for NAVSEA staff, ensuring smooth transitions
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define system requirements, proposing solutions that meet customer needs
- Providing technical analysis and troubleshooting to ensure system compatibility and operational efficiency
- Supporting system integration, software testing, and performance monitoring to ensure seamless operations
- Travel up to 25%
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related discipline
- 4 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis and cybersecurity
- Experience with Navy or DoD communications systems and secure IT infrastructure
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and scopes, with the ability to track and report on program performance
- 3 years working with Navy/DoD communications systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management best practices
- Experience in the development and maintenance of Navy/DoD technical documentation
- Experience in providing end-user system training, especially for secure communication systems
- Familiarity with Navy operational requirements and military protocols
- Experience with Navy or DoD communications systems and secure IT infrastructure
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have an active Secret security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and customers.
- Occasional movement around the office to access files and equipment.
