Head of Commercial Operations - Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the leadership team to define operational strategy and direction
- Oversee operations within the organisation
- Continue to contribute towards building a high performing team with a culture of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement
- Responsible for developing and executing the commercial and business strategy for the development and manufacturing service lines
- Determining our positioning, value proposition, offering, pricing strategy, and terms and conditions of our targeted portfolio
- Managing the entire pipeline of the CDMO business
- Developing plans for generating leads with Marketing
- Working closely with the sales and BD teams
- Play a key role in directing future growth and success of the organisation
Head of Commercial Operations - Requirements:
- Strong experience in Commercial Operations or Business Development in the Pharmaceutical/Life Science space
- Able to build strong relationships with Sales and Business Development, Marketing, and Operational teams
- Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles
- Previous participation in portfolio decision-making
- Brings extensive industry experience and established network within industry
- Skilled in working collaboratively with Senior Management teams, as well as Partners and other key decision makers within the industry
