We are looking for a Wellbeing Coach to join our team! The ideal candidate will have some previous experience supporting young adults and/or college students in coaching or advising type roles (e.g., academic or resident advisor) as well as some education or experience in the mental health and wellbeing space. In addition, candidates who are interested in helping our program improve and develop over time are likely to be a great fit. About the Role
The Wellbeing Coach will:
This is a part time W2 role with a 42 week contract. The role allows for generous time off, including 2 months off each summer in line with the academic year in higher education, 2 weeks off over the winter holiday season (dates are TBD), and company-wide holidays (e.g., Labor Day).
Compensation for this role will be $30 per hour depending on education and professional coaching credentials and experience.

About the Role
The Wellbeing Coach will:
- Report to the VP of Clinical Programs
- Provide emotional wellbeing and executive functioning coaching services to college students, spending approximately 14-16 hours delivering coaching services per week (depending on total hours worked, with a few hours per week for extra administrative time and weekly groups supervision meetings)
- Maintain timely and appropriate documentation of coaching services provided
- Recognize students in need of clinical or crisis care and follow established protocols to connect students to the appropriate resource
- Participate in team meetings, weekly supervision, and training as needed
- Work up to 20 hours during the afternoon and evening hours, with a schedule that includes weekdays and Saturdays.
- 1 years of relevant work experience related to emotional wellbeing, executive functioning, and/or mental health (e.g., counseling, social work, psychology, or wellbeing coaching)
- Experience and comfort providing coaching via telehealth (e.g., video, phone, chat)
- Interested and invested in working with a diverse population of clients from a lens of cultural humility
- Knowledge and willingness to apply behaviorally focused (e.g., SMART goals) and evidenced-based techniques to support mental health and wellbeing (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy)
- Highly collaborative and excited about joining a growing company
- Comfort following safety protocols to refer students who need a higher level of care to our care navigation and/or clinical teams when needed
- Strong organizational skills
- Passionate about serving young adults and college students of all ages (including non-traditional students)
- Credentialed (or actively pursuing a credential) as a certified coach (e.g., ICF, NBHWC) and/or a graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or another related field
- Provides evidence of participation in continuing education and/or formal training or education related to cultural humility
- Previous experience related to higher education and/or young adults
- Previous training or experience with DBT skills and/or executive functioning/ADHD coaching
