Position Summary:
We are seeking skilled Ultrasound Technicians with RDCS, RVT, RCS, ARDMS, or CCI certifications to join our mobile team. Ideal candidates have graduated from an accredited diagnostic medical sonography or cardiovascular ultrasound program. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or a recent graduate with strong ultrasound knowledge, we welcome you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, vascular, obstetric, gynecologic, small parts, musculoskeletal, and echocardiograms
- Prepare and position patients for ultrasound examinations
- Operate ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images
- Communicate effectively with radiologists and other healthcare providers regarding patient images and findings
- Maintain accurate patient records and ultrasound logs
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, state and federal regulations, and standards of practice
- Provide compassionate patient care and ensure a positive patient experience
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate degree or higher in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Cardiovascular Ultrasound
- Certification: RDCS, RVT, RCS, ARDMS, or CCI
- Experience: Preferably 1-2 years, but graduates with strong ultrasound knowledge are welcome
- Skills:
- Proficiency in various ultrasound modalities
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and pathology relevant to ultrasound and echocardiograms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Great bedside manner and flexibility
