Job Description :
Executive Consultants are a critical component to MAP. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining B2B client relationships with key decision makers across multiple organizations. These decision makers include but are not limited to CEO’s, Founders, Presidents and Heads of HR. Most importantly, you will be a driving force to growing our client base by selling our value proposition of helping companies accelerate their business. This role will report to the VP of Sales & Partnerships.
Responsibilities :
- Sell and manage new client relationships utilizing all of MAP’s services and products, ensuring maximum account penetration, revenue, and client satisfaction.
- Prospect for new clients selling MAP’s full line of consulting products and services
- Set interview appointments from company-provided and self-generated leads
- Utilize consultative selling methods to conduct interviews and close new business
- Utilize a team selling approach, collaborating and involving Senior Consultants in the selling process as necessary
- Obtain referrals from existing clients and other networking sources
- Work closely with the Client Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction, retention and growth
- Track all prospect and client-related activities via Hubspot, including maintaining active sales pipeline
