What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse position at Maple Mountain Recovery?
Maple Mountain Recovery is looking to add a nurse LPN or RN to be a member of our team. Maple Mountain Recovery specializes in treating addiction and mental health conditions. This position would start out as part time and turn into full time in the next 30 to 60 days as our new facility opens. Our new nurse would be responsible for the following:
Meeting with all the clients weekly
Ordering new medications and ensuring clients all have refills available on a weekly basis.
Assisting in communication with our provider and ensure that their orders are followed through with.
Ensuring that we maintain our Joint Commission accreditation in all medical areas.
Overseeing medication audits to ensure clients have the correct medications and correct orders.
Attending weekly multidisciplinary meeting to represent the medical team and assist the team in ensuring the client is meeting their treatment goals.
Providing on call to support for any medication concerns or recently emerging medical issues.
Train staff on medication policy and self administration of medications for our clients.
