What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian II position at Maple Run Unified School District?
Collins Perley Sports and Fitness Center is seeking a Custodian II. A Custodian II maintains buildings in a clean and orderly condition. Performs heavy cleaning duties such as waxing floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing recycling and trash refuse. Duties may include performing routine maintenance, clearing snow and debris from walkways and parking lots, troubleshooting and problem-solving building system problems and notifying Facilities Supervisor/Principal of needed building repairs.
Education and/or Experience: High school graduate or equivalent. OSHA 10 training preferred
