What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Manager position at Maple View Memory Care?
Maple View Memory Care Community is currently accepting applications for a Nurse Manager at our Grand Forks, ND location.
Responsibilities include providing services to residents in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, facility policies and accepted professional standards of practice. The Nurse Manager is accountable for providing nursing services utilizing a comprehensive base of nursing theory and the nursing process and communicate/documents observations and assessments. The Nurse Manager provides oversight, education, and training of nursing staff.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, effective time management, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and their families as well as with the employees of the facility and the general public. Previous management & nursing experience is preferred.
