This person is responsible for coordinating, creating, maintaining schedules, work rotations & clinical schedules and track open positions for recruitment. Additionally, job duties include auditing punches, inputting missed punch documentation, and verifying hours punched to schedule.

Education and Job Experience:
- High School Diploma require
- STNA license preferred
- Experience with Dayforce preferred
- 1 years of related work experience required
- Basic knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Excellent time management & prioritization skills
- General office skills, including professional phone etiquette
- Collaborative spirit and ability to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Understanding of PPD and PBJ
- Train, assist, and build relationships with facility staff and management team under the supervision of the Director of Nursing
- Building and maintaining master schedules
- Communicate through scheduling software
- Follow facility policy
- Respect the confidentiality of staff and residents
