The Role:
- Manage a 360 desk, placing top-tier talent into AI, ML, and Product teams across the U.S.
- Take on a mix of retained and exclusive mandates from day one
- Deliver full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and headhunting to offer negotiation
- Develop strong client partnerships and act as a trusted advisor on talent strategy
- Collaborate with a high-performing team and leverage leading tech tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 18 months of 360 tech recruitment experience
- A proven track record of consistent billings and client success
- Experience working on retained/exclusive roles or warm desks
- Strong commercial instincts and a consultative, solution-driven mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, high-trust environment
