Our growing printing company is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as an Account Manager. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer-related issues and then offer an innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s policies, and be well trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Follow up with previous customers
Requirements:
- Previous customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM software and practices helpful
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience with Excel
- High school diploma
