Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and basic components according to recipes and prep lists
- Wash, chop, portion, label, and store food items following safety standards
- Assist line cooks and chefs in preparing for service
- Maintain a clean and organized prep station and kitchen environment
- Support daily cleaning and closing procedures
- Follow all health, sanitation, and safety procedures consistently
