MARC, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Quality Assurance Facilitator. This dependable individual will prepare and attend IP meetings with DDS case managers. This individual will complete all necessary documentation and will maintain emergency fact sheets for individuals with developmental disabilities. The qualified candidate would possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as good judgment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must.
Full Time position available; Monday- Friday 37.5 hrs a week
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and ensure effective office procedures and efficient workflow. Ensure complete and
current office files and records.
Prepare all promotional materials for mailing in accordance to U.S. Postal regulations.
Assist Recreational/Respite Coordinators in composing correspondence and updating recreation forms.
Operate various office machines (fax, postage meter, copy machine, etc.)
Tracks IP and other packets as they are received from outside agencies and confirms timely receipt of
staff training signature sheets.
Ensures photographs are current, in compliance with DDS, agency and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate Quality Assurance trainings (Abuse and Neglect, Medical Awareness, etc.).
Maintain 161 bulletin board with current news, events and special upcoming events.
Assist and /or is available to substitute in another department when necessary
Perform other duties as designated by the Electronic Health Records Manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates Degree and at least five years in a secretarial position. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Knowledge of word processing and computer systems
Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles.
Knowledge of management information systems.
Ability to use office equipment and machinery.
Ability to act quickly and remain calm in a crisis.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Ability to drive and have available a personal vehicle.
Ability to organize, be flexible, maintain neat work area, and work independently.
Must be able to complete all essential job duties, minimum qualifications, and physical efforts with or without a disability.
PHYSICAL EFFORTS:
- Frequent sitting, walking, standing, and driving.
- Ability to lift and transfer up to 30 lbs. and occasional lifting of nonambulatory people
