Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our law firm as an Entry Level Personal Injury Legal Assistant. This position will provide support to our personal injury attorneys and assist with the day-to-day operations of our legal practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct research and gather information relevant to each case.
Assist with case management, including organizing client files and maintaining the case management system.
Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties involved in the case.
Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
Schedule appointments, depositions, and court hearings.
Assist with trial preparation and attend trials as necessary.
Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies
