Interview Overview
This job posting is a direct hire into the General Manager in Training program (GMIT program). Over the course of a four week period, GMITs will be subject to a rigorous training plan designed to prepare qualified applicants to assume a role as a Marco's General Manager (GM) or Assistant General Manager (AGM).
Prior management experience in a QSR or fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
Applicants should expect a three step interview process:
1. In-person interview with District Manager.
2. In-person interview with Training Manager.
3. Final interview and offer.
