What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader position at Marco's Pizza?
Management experience preferred, responsibilities include counting the register for either shift, prep work for morning shifts, delegation of tasks to employees, keeping customer satisfaction a top priority. Expectations include being flexible with moving between stations in the store, keeping an eye on the makeline to make sure the orders are correct, and providing great customer service. We are looking for someone who stays on and grows with us. Pay is based on experience and we do offer flexible scheduling.
