POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
As an Office Coordinator, you are often Marco’s first point of contact for our clients. You will assist with and direct client inquiries and support activities that develop, improve, and maintain client relationships within our gold standard of service expectations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Greet visitors and direct as appropriate.
2. Create and maintain professional environment in Marco’s technology innovation center.
· Test technology before guests arrive.
· Coordinate higher end catering along with room and meal prep for meetings.
3. Answer and route incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
4. Back up reception phone lines.
5. Distribute incoming and prepare outgoing mail.
6. Direct incoming faxes to the correct recipient and respond to messages received in the receptionist inbox.
7. Coordinate meeting room schedules, meals, and refreshments along with set up and clean up after meetings.
8. Assist RFP team with general tasks.
9. Perform general marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
10. Fill office supplies for in-house use.
11. Provide general administrative support as needed and approved.
12. Accurately maintain documentation and comply with administrative procedures in a timely basis to include time entry.
13. Attend required company and departmental meetings.
14. Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the employee handbook.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma required.
Previous administration or customer service experience preferred.
