The MJCCA is seeking a Swim Instructor

Requirements:
- Lead small groups of swimmers through a series of progressively challenging swim skills.
- Plan and effectively organize class time through lesson plans.
- Teach and lead with encouragement and positive reinforcement.
- Communicate with parents and swimmers on progress towards goals.
- Enforce all facility policies, rules, and regulations.
- Communicate with parents and management on schedule changes.
- Check in/cancel/reschedule lessons in the Pike13 app daily.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of swimming skills and mechanics.
- Excellent communication skills with children and adults.
- Comfortable working with children of all ages.
- Ability to lead and motivate.
- CPR / AED preferred (we provide an in-house certification if needed).
