We are seeking a career-minded Marketing Coordinator/Transactional Coordinator to join their investment sales team. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a variety of marketing skills and bring "added value" to the team with talents in graphic design and an eye for detail. Must be a natural "people" person with a can-do and will-do attitude and have a strong desire to help in the continued growth and success of the team.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality marketing materials, flyers, and other custom marketing pieces.
- Create and disseminate email marketing campaigns using various mass email programs.
- Assist in the creation of marketing proposals and packages.
- Develop and maintain social media accounts.
- Assist with research and preparations for client meetings.
- Maintain awareness of competitors' activities.
- Assist with various operational and administrative tasks as requested.
- Assist with escrow management
Job Requirements:
- Graphic/Creative design skills and experience.
- Existing knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is a must.
- Social media marketing experience helpful.
- Ability to communicate extremely well both written and verbally.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, i.e., spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.
- Strong work ethic, verbally articulate and detail-oriented, with a support the team attitude.
- Possess a desire to learn new concepts and master new software applications.
- Real Estate marketing experience preferred.
