What are the responsibilities and job description for the Firearm Sales Associate position at Marengo Guns, Inc?
Marengo Guns is looking for more amazing team members! We are looking for people who are self-driven, detail oriented and have a strong commitment to accuracy. Must have clean criminal record, valid FOID card and be over 21. Earn $16 - $20 or more per hour! Base pay is $15 per hour plus commission. July 2023 hourly commission average was $6.40 and July is our slowest month! Flexible schedule. Full time team members are guaranteed 4 ten hour days a week (40 hours) including some weekends. Part time (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) positions available for the right candidates. Employer matching retirement package available. Awesome employee discounts!
