Your Part

Bell/Valet Staff are to provide excellent experience beginning with a warm welcome. You are the first to encounter our guests and are responsible for making them feel very welcome! You will additionally be responsible for luggage assistance, vehicle valet, package delivery and completing guest requests as needed.

You Bring

· Assist guests with luggage, packages, and special requests

· Park / Retrieve guest vehicles

· Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards

· Anticipate guests’ service needs

· Inform guests about resort facility – amenities, outlets, hours of operation, etc.

· Responsible to uphold the standard operating procedures as set by Margaritaville Corporate to maintain consistency and brand management.

· Valid driver license

· Knowledgeable of the area and attractions

· Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees

· Must be able to work weekends and holidays

· Must be self- motivated and able to work well with minimum supervision

· Must have reliable transportation
