Job Title: Full-Time Unit Manager
Location: Maria Joseph Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Dayton, OH
Job Description: Maria Joseph Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Dayton, OH, is seeking an experienced, energetic, and dedicated Full-Time Unit Manager to assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in leading our exceptional nursing services. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care services provided to residents
- Implementing nursing services, objectives, and standards; resolving resident care issues
- Ensuring compliance with all State and Federal guidelines
- Observing and enforcing all confidentiality and privacy rights of residents
- Providing direct nursing care to residents
Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio and in good standing with the Board of Nursing
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care, long-term care, or geriatric supervisor and management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility
- Excellent computer and communication skills
- Ability to follow all established Federal, State, and Local rules, regulations, and guidelines
