Responsibilities
About This Position:
The Administrative Assistant has the responsibility to provide administrative support for the Executive Leaders and Senior Executive Coordinator within the Administration Office.
Qualifications
These responsibilities include;
- Answering phone calls, scheduling meetings and supporting visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Must possess strong attention to detail in reviewing/editing/ and maintaining current and accurate policies that reflect the organization’s needs and practices.
Salary : $20 - $27
