- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- Other combinations of education and experience may be considered in substitution for the minimum qualifications
- At least two years of experience in analysis, research, and resolution of Workday issues
- Ability to identify, develop, and recommend business process and system modifications in Workday
- Provides first-level day-to-day technical support, analysis, research, and resolution to various Workday issues
- Tests modifications and upgrades
- Identifies, develops, and recommends business process and system modifications
- Works closely with functional business areas to understand and evaluate business needs and processes and analyze the impact of system changes
- Works with vendor and consultants on fixes, upgrades, enhancements, and problem-solving
- Administers user access by adding, modifying, or deleting users access
- Assists with system upgrades and migrations
- Creates customized reports relaying statistical information
- Creates user documentation to explain how to use Workday
- Provides clarifications to the Workday development team
