A Marietta Eye Clinic is actively looking to hire an experienced Patient Services Representative for our Douglasville office.
About the Opportunity:
The Patient Services Representative will be responsible for, check-in/ check-out, receiving incoming calls, kiosk greeter, and insurance verification. In addition, this role must be able to travel to any and/or all locations as needed based on clinic staffing needs.
About the Candidate:
- One year previous experience or training in patient registration or a related area in a healthcare facility
- Customer service experience strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
