Patent Agent - Biotech - Boston
Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking an experienced Patent Agent with at least 7 years of experience for its Intellectual Property practice in Boston.
This position will compensate up to $230,000
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of patent prosecution experience in biological sciences.
- Experience in drafting patent applications, performing freedom-to-operate analyses, conducting IP diligence, and managing patent portfolios.
- Experience coordinating with scientists, investors, and foreign associates.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and presentation skills; team focused.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- USPTO admission required.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
