What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler I position at Marine Acquisition Corp?

Perform a variety of operations incidental to the preparation, processing, and assembly of cables and conduit assemblies, controls, control systems, and other assemblies.

Work from verbal instructions.

Perform repetitive assembly operations and assembles a variety of units including the use of assembly machine tools.

Performs all manufacturing tests of assemblies and components including proof tests and electrical test set operation.

Checks own work using simple measuring instruments.

Reports all unusual and difficult problems to Supervisor.

Keep work area, machines and equipment clean, properly oiled for efficient operation and report need for maintenance repairs to Supervisor.
