What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marina Consultant position at Marine Floats Corp?
The Commercial Marina Consultant is a senior, consultative sales role focused on building long-term relationships and guiding clients through complex marina and waterfront projects. This role blends business development, relationship management, and light marketing, with a focus on long-cycle marina rebuilds (often 18–24 months) and proactive growth of our repair & maintenance (R&M) service programs.
We are intentionally open to one of two background profiles:
- Marina / Waterfront Industry Professional

In both cases, the ideal candidate is comfortable translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and thrives in long-cycle, trust-based sales environments. Proposal development is supported by our estimating team, and all pipeline activity is managed in Salesforce.
