Job Summary
Marine Hardware Inc, we well established suppler to the marine industry seeks a seasoned Operations Manager. Our main headquarters are conveniently located in Redmond, WA. The MH companies own and operate both foundries and machine shops in several states throughout the US as well design and create a number of products with our Asian supply partners.
The ideal candidate would possess skills in both shop floor manufacturing oversight as well as management in integrating all elements needed operationally to make an enterprise flow smoothly.
A good understanding of the basic lean mfg. processes is a must, as well as a great grasp on GAAP accounting processes. The ideal candidate has a background around metal parts manufacturing along with knowledge of best practices for machine shop operations.
The proven ability to manage a team is mandatory, as well a curiosity for finding the best practices for process control and root cause analysis when failures happen.
This is a full-time position and require a few trips annually to our remote facilities throughout the US.

Experience

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively.
- Familiarity with process improvement techniques that enhance operational efficiency is highly desirable.
