Responsiblities:
Ensures compliance with Medicaid standards and processes current and accurate Medicaid and Targeted Case Management billing for the agency. Reconcile Local Funded Contracts to ensure compliance with authorized billable services.
Completes and analyzes waiver tracking and utilization information. Submits and maintains PAWS data for all OhioISPs.
Serves as the Medicaid Administrative Claiming (MAC) program coordinator and participates in the RMTS program. Receives and maintains MAC-related correspondence, establishes and implements procedures, maintains support documentation, and provides required information to DODD.
Administers billing for Title XX funding - ensures compliance with regulations and confirms accurate documentation.
Serves as the liaison for local funded transportation and monitors the billing of NMT. Acts as MCBDD's point of contact with Marion Area Transit and completes other transportation services as required. Organizes usage and maintenance of MCBDD fleet of vehicles.
Serves as back-up for additional business office functions as requested - accounts payable, accounts receivable, receptionist duties, etc. Completes and maintains required records, reports, and documentation. Completes additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree
Valid Drivers License
Successful completion of background checks, drug screens, health physicals, etc.
CPR/First Aid Certification; Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.28 - $31.94 per hour
