This position is part of the Department’s Executive Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public health, with a deep understanding of the social determinants of health, and public health accreditation. They will also have demonstrated experience leading teams and managing budgets, as well as experience building partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and programs to promote healthy communities and prevent the spread of infectious diseases. You will also be responsible for overseeing the division's response to public health emergencies and ensuring the safety and well-being of the community during crises.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
