What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Agent position at Mark Spain Real Estate?
Are you a licensed real estate agent looking for a new challenge? Do you want to be part of a team that consistently ranks as the top real estate team in the country? We are currently seeking both highly motivated Buyer Agents and Listing Agents to join our team. You will be responsible for meeting with potential clients, assessing their needs, and either finding the right property for them or getting their home on the market. You will be booked on 10 to 15 appointments each month, allowing you to focus solely on what you do best - selling real estate. What sets us apart from other real estate teams is that we do not require our agents to generate leads and there are little to no out of pockets expenses for our agents. Instead, we provide you with a steady stream of qualified appointments that are booked by our Inside Sales Team, allowing you to focus on delivering an excellent client experience, closing deals and earning commissions. As a member of our team, you will receive ongoing training and support to help you grow your skills and succeed in your role.
Requirements:
- Active real estate license, preferred
- Sales experience, preferred
- Full-time availability required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and on a team
