SUMMARY
Interview and document respondents' opinions and/or answers to market research surveys by performing the following duties.
Interview and document respondents' opinions and/or answers to market research surveys by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Reads established scripts to respondents.
- Calls prospective participants in designated market areas to administer market research interviews to qualified respondents.
- Enters names, addresses, opinions, answers and reactions of respondents into computer , clarifies vague or unclear responses, probes to obtain complete and clear answers.
- Enters respondents' replies to open ended questions verbatim.
- Effectively uses the CATI interviewing system.
- Follows instructions of Supervisory staff.
- Maintains company productivity and quality levels
