OPERATIONS AUDITOR

We have an immediate opening for an Operations Auditor to work in our Operations team located in Portland, OR.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience. Our chosen candidate will be eligible for our employee benefits package which includes medical / dental / vision, PTO, and 401k.

Position Responsibilities :

• Audit local driver hours
• Audit daily fuel report
• Review Idle report
• Research and track drivers that bobtail into a preload facility – report to Jesse and Stephanie for driver, DM, and / or Planner coaching
• Research and approve driver detention requests
• Review and research accessorials
• Morning reports (Deadhead, Penske Usage, and Dormant Trailer)
• Coordinate with Safety and Maintenance to track equipment damages
• Review truck wash receipts
• Auditing driver layover requests
