Experienced Automotive Finance Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Finance Office, ensuring compliance with regulations while maximizing profitability. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to negotiate effectively with customers.

Duties

• Conduct credit analysis and assess the financial viability of potential clients within the dealership and financial services sectors.
• Oversee loan processing activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns and resolving issues related to financing options.
• Offer backend products in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop financing solutions that meet customer needs while maximizing profitability.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of financing agreements with clients and vendors.
• Ensure timely funding of deals once contracted.

Experience

• Proven experience in finance management or a related field within a dealership.
• Strong skills in credit analysis, loan processing, and basic math principles.
• Proficiency in using software for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding and timely customer service in a multi-tasking environment.
