As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and advancing our NXT product platform while working with an experienced remote team. This hybrid role offers the perfect balance of remote flexibility with 3 days in our Opelika office for team collaboration and innovation.

What You’ll Do:
- Full-Stack Web Development: Use agile methodologies to drive sprint planning, development, and deployment.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with local and remote teams to push forward our NXT product platform and brainstorm new design and architecture solutions.
- Impact the Future: Help integrate additional traffic products into the NXT platform, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle—from analysis and design to testing and delivery.
- Build and enhance web applications using diverse programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate cross-team to define and implement innovative software solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2 years in software development, with a strong grasp of full-stack development.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Java, C#, C/C , and an eagerness to learn new languages and tools.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both local and remote teams.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, Angular, or Backbone.js.
- Familiarity with REST-based APIs and other valuable languages like HTML5/CSS3, SQL, and C .
