Summary
The Asset Management coordinator supports the Risk and Compliance team in managing and tracking all telecom equipment for user fulfillment, return, and repair. This role is responsible for assisting with shipping activities, asset identification, inventory tracking and audit in accordance with inventory control procedures and supporting relevant project and functional needs.
Essential Job Functions :
- Act as the primary contact and liaison between the vendor and internal stakeholders to understand short- and long-term strategies for use of company assets
- Manage and ensure shipping methods on the orders are accurate and adequate to meet the customer’s needs
- Ensure new products / services are deployed by providing project management from concept through release
- Perform monthly audits to ensure accurate record keeping of wireless equipment
- Trouble shoot telecom issues with end user
- Lead efforts in asset recovery from resigned / terminated employees
- Manage equipment returns and partner with internal stakeholders on product functionality
- Must be a team player that is willing to help others
- Complete ad hoc projects as assigned
