Security Schedulers are a key factor to overseeing scheduling development and communication. Schedulers are in constant communication with officers/managers regarding scheduling issues and options. Schedulers will serve as a point of contact for information regarding call offs, leave of absence and shift availability. Schedulers will adjust and create schedules that will benefit the organization. Security Schedulers will also assist the operations of the site on a consistent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a liaison between the HR department and the account leadership department
- Constantly in communication with account leadership, to report live violations with employee discrepancies.
- Address and rectify payroll concerns within a timely manner.
- Provides timekeeping support in regard to timecard corrections, paid time off requests, etc.
- Assists in collecting and entering necessary payroll adjustments.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a Compliance role
- Must have knowledge working with timesheets, clock in/out verifications and employee violations.
- Knowledge in CA employment law is required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills
- Attention to detail is a must!
- Must be able to multitask in a faced paced environment.
- Experience using WinTeam and TrackTik is preferred.
- Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sheets)
- Previous Security Experience is a PLUS!
- CA BSIS Guard Card a PLUS!
