Responsibilities & Qualifications
Security Supervisors are a key factor to overseeing staff, enforcing policies and protecting property. Supervisors conduct audits and check-ins with shift personnel to ensure compliance and meet client expectations. Supervisors deter criminal activity, protect property and enforce rules on a property. Supervisors provide protection for equipment and workers along with checking the credentials of vehicles and individuals coming and going from the premises.
Qualifications:
- At least 21 years Old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state licensing, CA BSIS Guard Card required
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity MS Office/G-Suite
- Managerial/Supervisor Experience required: 4-5 years preferred
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
- 5-7 years of Security experience required
