Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Powersport Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about powersports, possess strong technical expertise, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of powersport vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on motorcycles, ATVs, personal watercraft, and other powersport vehicles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential problems.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance comply with manufacturer standards and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and repair times.
• Collaborate with the service team to meet performance and customer satisfaction goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and manufacturer training.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance performed when needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a powersport technician or in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical diagnostics, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with tools, equipment, and diagnostic software used in powersports repair.
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals and technical schematics.
• Certification from a technical school or manufacturer training program is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
