Plumber

Our current project, Home at Maricopa, is a 536 Unit Multi-family community with 6 apartment buildings and a clubhouse on 18.8 acres in the City of Maricopa. The apartment buildings are 4 and 5 story concrete and steel construction buildings. The clubhouse is a single-story wood framed building.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Looking for an experienced Plumber.
• Experienced in new construction - Residential and/or Commercial.
• Experienced in underground and top out.
• Experienced with installation of plumbing fixtures.
• Able to read and interpret plans.
  
• Ensure that all plumbing work is performed in a safe, efficient, and professional manner and that all work areas are left clean and tidy after completion.
• Mentoring and supervising plumber helpers, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Reliable transportation to Maricopa, Arizona.

• 
  Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 6 years of experience
• Must have knowledge of the plumbing industry.

• 
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 
  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

• 
  Ability to handle physical labor and strenuous tasks.
• 
  Able to stand and walk the project site for an extended period of time.
• 
  Regularly talk and/or hear.
• 
  Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel.
• 
  Occasionally required to but not limited to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
• 
  Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, and stairs and work in confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment.
• 
  Must be able to position oneself to work in confined spaces such as trenches, pits, manholes, attics, and tunnels.
• 
  Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move at least 50 pounds regularly/occasionally
• 
  Must be able to respond quickly to sounds.
• 
  Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
• 
  Must be able to see and respond to dangerous situations.
• 
  Must be able to safely climb ladders while carrying up to 40 pounds.
• 
  Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day.
• 
  Must be able to work in hot and cold environments and on concrete floors.
