Weekend Clinical Manager 7am-7pm Saturday and Sunday
Sign on Bonus up to $15,000 for weekend supervisor!
Responsibilities :
- Provide oversight and direction to clinical team on the weekend
- Make rounds with physicians, as necessary
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff and medical team
- Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being rendered
- Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
- Other special projects and duties, as assigned
- Responsible for wounds / QI / clinical
