What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Operations position at Marquis Home Care?
Responsible for ensuring superior service delivery for residents from Suffolk through Dutchess County with a focus on excellent customer service. Reporting to Senor Management and contributing to the overall success of the Region and the Company.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Collaboration between business development team, operational staff, and talent acquisition.
- Supervision of all clinical and operational staff.
- Works closely with business development to acquire new business in the Region.
- Ensures all client requests are met and documented appropriately.
- Ensures that all caregiver documentation is accurate and timely (i.e. plan of care, activities, schedules, notes, call outs, declined assignments, and disciplinary actions.)
- Ongoing customer service initiatives to improve client satisfaction.
- Communicates with clients and families as needed regarding satisfaction and/or issues of clients.
- Fluent with all DOH regulations and adheres to standards of corporate compliance.
- Runs biweekly office meetings
- Participates in quarterly Quality Improvement Committee meetings and annual board meetings
- Ensure compliance with all state, local and federal regulations.
